How It Works:

1. get a group of friends together and pick a Friday night that works for everyone;

2. call eclcetic at either (306) 529-2388 or (306) 731-3821 to book evening and pay 50% deposit*. Please advise if there are any special dietary needs at time of booking;

3. within 24 hrs email full names and addresses to: info@lumsdenvalleyantiquesbookscollectibles.ca

4. expect your invitations to arrive in the mail within 3 business days. These invitations contain character profiles, costume suggestions, date, time and location information. Should you wish to receive your invitations by email, a complete list containing the email addresses of your guests must be provided within 24 hrs of booking;

5. on theday before the evening, call your guests to confirm their attendance and remind them to arrive on time as catered dinners are best if they are not kept warming;

*because these are catered events, a non-refundable deposit is charged by the caterer and thus passed along to you at time of booking.
